Scuba Steve
On Sunday Bill and I took a walk to grab a bite to eat and a glass of wine at a new French bistro in Suzhou that I had signed up for the EAS Vendor discount. On our way to the restaurant we passed some guys in the fountains outside one of the compounds with scuba gear!
Something you just can't explain. This fountain can't even be 2 feet deep! Why would one need scuba gear and a wet suit? Only in China.
